Q & A
Is is okay to take Reiki 1 and 2 back to back?
You can! While in the past it has been traditional to wait a month before moving on to level 2, I believe it is beneficial to integrate both self healing practice knowledge, and attuning others together. This provides a well rounded scope to support others, and in my opinion would allow for an even deeper experience. The more knowledge to receive and implement, the more to soak in and embrace. With that being said, it is always best and advisable to use your best judgement. You can take one course and wait for the next level to come around in the next few months!
What if I just want to take level 2, is that okay?
You can take both courses together, or 1 course at a time. Reiki level 1 has no prerequisite. However, to solely take Reiki level 2, we will need to see proof of your Reiki level 1 certification. It is my recommendation to take level 1 or the level 1 and 2 bundle course for cohesiveness and additional resources.
What can I expect from an attunement?
Attunement to Reiki level 1 and 2 can feel very different from person to person. There can be a range of emotional and physical feelings that manifest themselves in the way that is most supportive to your growth. For many, the experience involves a feeling of release and balance. Ways to prepare and enhance your attunement experience will be provided one week prior to class start date.

Of course! The support you receive does not stop at training. At the completion of your course you will be able to reach out to Evelyn at Wakeful Seed with any questions, support or guidance. ALWAYS.
