Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. In Kundalini, we are waking up the powerful life force energy within through movement, breath work, and mantras allowing it to flow through the chakras. Physically, mentally, and spiritually there are many benefits to Kundalini. Many practice to achieve higher consciousness, improved intuition, greater self awareness, improve lung capacity, strengthen the spine, and strengthen the nervous system.
